Consulting Collective provides training for mental health service providers. Trainings are provided in small groups or individual consultation sessions. Sessions are designed to increase competence or develop new skills. There is a focus on cultural competence and diversity but consultation is not limited to these topic areas.

Diversity training workshops facilitate increased acceptance and an awareness of the experiential reality of individuals with whom we have little in common. Our workshops focus on building empathy and increasing effective communication with people from diverse backgrounds. Our workshops are tailored to the organization requesting the services. All organizations types are encouraged to inquire about services available for the unique needs of your organizations.
